About the author:Born in Labin in 1940. He graduated from the School of Fine Arts and the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb, attending the master workshop of Krsto Hegedušić. He is a professor at the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb, the author of numerous solo and group exhibitions, and the recipient of several art awards. Besides painting, he also works on book illustration. He lives and works in Zagreb.
